IMPORTANT NOTE

There are three options to choose from for sponsoring a Preeti Bhoj:

Option 1.

In this option you will purchase the groceries, plan and cook the meal. It is recommended that you request your friends and family to help. If you do not have any of your own volunteers, please let us know one week in advance to allow us some time to secure few volunteers to help you.

Option 2.

In this option you will purchase the groceries and plan the meal accordingly. You can either hire a cook or arrange for your own cook or else, we can give you some references to choose from. The cook you choose does not make rotis, which is left to the yajmans. It is recommended that you request your friends and family to help. If you do not have any of your own volunteers, please let us know one week in advance to allow us some time to secure few volunteers to help you.

Option 3.

In this option there are three packages you can choose from, for a set donation. The following Preeti Bhojan donations are for preparing food for 150 people. A donation of $1000 is required to prepare Preeti Bhojan for up 300 people. All yajmans need to do is decide on a date, suitable package, and the menu, while making a donation to the Hindu Society of Alberta. The meals would be prepared for you, as per the date and time set aside during intake form.
